Job Description

Job Description: The Clinical Program Specialist will provide the operational insights for the planning and programming of outpatient clinics and ambulatory service line facilities that embraces Outcome-based care in order to create more effective and efficient delivery of services. Working in coordination with the design team and the healthcare client’s team the Clinical Program Specialist will lead the research studies and investigatory efforts required to analyze and produce operational program solutions that result in improved delivery of care and efficient labor productivity in clinical settings. The resulting solutions ultimately will lead to improvements in healthcare clients’ templates for new and improved clinical and ambulatory facilities in conjunction with the supporting design improvements from the design team.

The Clinical Program Specialist will work closely with the Principal Architect/Planner in addressing and developing responses to client requests including proposal development and client interviews and meetings. URS Healthcare clients may include large private regional healthcare systems, local healthcare providers and federal government departments such as the Veterans Administration and DOD. The Clinical Program Specialist will report to the Program Director and work with the Principal Architect/ Planner
