We are talent pooling for EMC Engineers for our future projects all around the world.

As an EMC Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring electrical systems integration and compliance with all applicable railway EMC standards. This will include bid support, creating Control Plans, and supporting testing of railway equipment.

In your role you will be responsible for
Reviewing Customer specifications to ensure EMC compliance on bids. Ensuring that EMC requirements are transferred to suppliers through the TRDs.
Preparing EMC related documents such as Control Plans, Earthing/Bonding Plans, and reviewing Plans submitted by others.
Providing EMC expertise and guidance to internal and external suppliers. Representing BT to our Customers for EMC issues.
Preparing and performing EMC tests. Leading EMC troubleshooting activities. Analyzing EMC test data using computer-based tools.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate, you will have:
Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
5 - 10 years of work experience
Good knowledge of Traction power supply, signaling, communications, radio, and rolling stock technical issues relevant to EMC and EMF.
Knowledge of the legislative and Standards requirements related to EMC and EMF as applicable to the rail industry.
