We are talent pooling for Heads of SDC Site for our future projects all around the world.

As a Head of SDC Site you will have overall responsibility & accountability for the success of the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of a site. You will serve as primary representative of Bombardier to the customer and community, demonstrating the highest level of ethical professionalism and delivering the message that Bombardier Transportation is the global leader in the transportation industry. You will maintain overall accountability for talent management & development at the site, working in conjunction with the Human Resources Business Partner.

In your role you will be responsible for
Leadership - creating a challenging and motivating O&M work environment by communicating and supporting Bombardier policies, Core Values, Code of Ethics and Corporate identity.
Organization - auilding, leading and developing an effective organization, by communicating key objectives and priorities, that values safety, talent acquisition & development and security as our #1 priorities in operating and maintaining the system.
Profitability - achieving revenue and profitability objectives. Measuring and evaluating O&M departments to ensure customer satisfaction and contractual availability of the system.
Quality & Business Effectiveness - applying appropriate criteria, e.g. BOS applications, to business issues and situations for the purpose of making decisions that affect the quality and effectiveness of staff and processes.
Interactions - building positive relationships with the customer executives and employees, Maintains positive and effective organizational atmosphere and raises the expectation of high performance to challenge the staff. Establishes a positive image and relationship with the surrounding community.


As our ideal candidate, you will have:

BA in business, MBA preferred
10 to 15 years experience in developing and leading organizations, preferably in the transportation industry, with profit & loss responsibility.
