We are talent pooling for Project Schedulers for our future projects all around the world.

As a Project Scheduler you will be required to assist the project managers and lead engineers to put together complex multi-level project schedule, ensure harmonization, and follow-up throughout the project. You will be also responsible to analyze the status of each phase of the project and provide elements to improve the situation and develop work around plan as-required. The project scheduler will also be responsible to determine the impact of a potential change order on the existing project schedule.


In your role you will be responsible for
Preparing the program schedule that incorporates all activities of the project with a specail emphasis on the development phase of the project and communicate the information to all departments involved. The production detailed planning activities will be handled by production.
Maintaining the existing schedules and analyze the results to elaborate action plan to address the critical path in the schedule.
Ensuring that the approved action plans are properly executed and ensure the critical areas of the schedule are properly communicated to everybody.
Providing the program manager with all the required information to establish the current status of the program.
Running scenario analysis to determine the impact on the existing schedule of potential change orders.
Preparing the monthly reports that are specific to each contracts.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate, you will have:
Bachelor degree or equivalent
3-5 years work experience
Extensive experience in Primavera Microsoft and knowledge of Microsoft Office
