Our practice focuses on a wide range of Design Build services including highways, bridges, tollways, rail, aviation, tunneling, sport arenas and construction.



We are currently seeking a Design Build-Regional Business Development Leader for our East Practice to help win, lead and deliver major Design Build projects. This position can be located in anyone of our HNTB East Coast offices, listed below:

Miami

Orlando

Tampa

Atlanta

Raleigh

Arlington

Philadelphia

New York

Boston

Indianapolis

Chicago

Milwaukee



This position will develop and nurture key customer relationship to build alliances and acquire new business. Keep abreast of federal and state initiatives and develops leads on potential projects and direct the research and analysis of business opportunities, assessing potential markets and developing recommendations for entry into new markets.
Responsibilities:

Evaluates and analyzes projects through financial feasibility studies, market research and planning.
Develops policies and programs, initiate proposals, and negotiate with prospective clients.
Spearheads new business developments initiatives, build business cases and negotiations.
Ensures achievement of strategic revenue objectives for assigned market or industry segment.
Plays a critical role in securing new customer and partner relationships as well as managing a set of existing clients.
Entrepreneurial role responsible for achieving revenue targets in specific market segments through consultative selling in which they build relationships
Networks with industry leaders and opinion makers.
Builds and shares a vision on how the firm can best take advantage of market trends and opportunities.
Manages projects, prioritizes resources, and leads the activities necessary to drive the revenue in these accounts.
Manages multiple projects with cross functional teams.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
Masters degree preferred
At least 12 years of Business development and sales experience in Design Build and/or infrastructure business.
Established relationships within the Eastern Division of the US
Extensive business development and project management experience
Licensed Architect or Registered Engineer. PE preferred.
