• *Supervises the work of financial staff to include, but not limited to, the following:
  • Assigning and checking work.
  • Instructing and training.
  • Planning the work of others and establishing objectives.

  • Conducting employee performance evaluations and salary increases.
• *Analyzes financial issues and provides most appropriate solutions.
• *Manages and monitors projects against timeline.
• *Conducts daily meetings with financial staff to monitor progress on assigned tasks and to develop plans for efficient project completion.
• *Works closely with other departments, including Project Management, Manufac-turing and R&D to manage financial activity, including spending, deliverable, in-voices and cash receipts.

• *Assists Project Managers with change order and sales data for submission to cus-tomer.
• *Prepares annual AOP.
• *Prepares monthly facility re-forecasts.
• *Reviews monthly financial results.
• *Provides analysis of variances as necessary.
• *Prepares and posts monthly journal entries.
• *Works with internal and external auditors on project related processes and cost analysis.
• *Coordinates the preparation of narrative papers on process work flows and en-sures their completeness.
• Establishes individual goals which are aligned with the Company's business strate-gies and objectives.
• Functions as a contributing member of the department's team and other teams, as assigned.
• Supports the department in the accomplishment of the team's goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• 4 year degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5 - 10 years general accounting experience.
• 3-5 years managerial experience.

• Computer, peripherals and the Microsoft Office software.
