Job Description
Overview:

HNTB is seeking a Senior Transportation Project Manager to manage High Speed Rail/Public Transit projects. The ideal candidate will have 15 or more years of professional experience in the design and construction of combination highway and bridge projects.

Responsibilities:

The Sr. Project Manager must focus in these areas:

* Manage and coordinate all aspects of larger projects.
* Developing teaming partnerships with other consultants to build the best project team.
* Coordinate efforts of all key project leads, DBEs and partners to ensure on-time delivery, meeting of all scheduled milestones and budget adherence.
* Assemble and analyze all risk associated with complex projects and assist in developing mitigation plans that minimize these risks.
* Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project goals and status to both the client and the general public.

Qualifications:

The qualified candidate will have:

* 15+ years managing Transit/High Speed Rail Projects
* A project history that includes increasingly responsible positions in design
* Strong relationships within the Transit Industry
* A PE (Professional Engineer) certificatoin is required
