Job Description
Job Description HNTB Corporation is looking for a Transit Architecture Studio Leader to support our downtown Los Angeles, CA office. The position will focus on the pursuit and delivery of transit architecture practice and serve as the primary client contact. The incumbent will also be responsible for collaborating with other HNTB disciplines, including engineering and urban planning, and working with project managers to ensure client expectations and HNTB project delivery standards are met. Responsibilities include: * Identifying, pursuing, and execution of transit architecture projects * Developing, marketing, and maintaining client relationships * Managing business development, marketing efforts, and proposal preparation * Converting project wins to work * Developing fee estimates and scopes of work * Successful project execution including contracting and negotiations, work plans, project reviews, project communications, quality control, budgeting, scheduling, and project reporting * Managing client budget, schedule, and program * Meeting or exceeding studio sales goals, budget, operations, and net income goals * Oversight of professional staff in all areas of work performance * Maintaining memberships and participation in organizations that provide opportunity for relationship building
